I’ve always loved a good story — and nowhere are stories told with greater immediacy and courage than on the stage.

Over a thirty-year career, I’ve produced, managed and directed more than seventy-five productions across stages large and small - from Broadway and Off Broadway, the West End, and regionally. From large-scale musicals to intimate new works, I’ve had the honor of collaborating with remarkable artists, creative teams and co-producers, helping shape stories that connect audiences and ignite conversations.

My passion lies in building space where art can flourish - whether it be by in developing new works and partnerships, reviving pieces where older voices are suddenly relevant again or consulting on cultural projects, my focus is always the same: to balance artistic ambition with sustainability to ensure the performing arts remain accessible, relevant, and alive.

I believe theatre endures because it invites us to listen — to the work to other, and to ourselves. In those shared moments when we our voices blend together, real community begins. I often remark that there is the ‘film industry’ and the ‘theatre community’ - I’m delighted to have been a part of it for more than three decades.

I look forward to continuing the journey - telling the stories that matter - and helping others bring theirs to life.
