I’ve always loved a good story — and nowhere are stories told with greater immediacy and courage than on the stage.

Over more than a thirty-year career, I’ve produced, managed or directed more than seventy-five productions across stages large and small - from Broadway and Off Broadway, the West End, and regionally. From large-scale musicals to intimate new works, I’ve had the honor of collaborating with remarkable artists, creative teams and co-producers, shaping the kind of stories that connect audiences and ignite conversations.

My passion lies in the spaces where art can best flourish. Whether that is developing new works and partnerships, reviving pieces whose voices deserve to be heard again, or consulting on a wide range of creative projects, my focus remains the same: balancing artistic ambition while carefully managing risk and honoring the trust of investors and stakeholders. Both are critical - and without it - the performing arts cannot remain accessible, relevant, and alive.

I believe theatre endures because it invites us to listen — to the work to other, and to ourselves. In those shared moments when we our voices blend together, real community begins. I often remark that there is the ‘film industry’ and the ‘theatre community’ - I’m delighted to have been a part of it for more than three decades.

I look forward to continuing the journey - telling the stories that matter - and helping others bring theirs to life.
